This is a much better option and you will save a lot of money too. Call ahead to ask if there will be a refrigerator in your hotel room.

Finally, make a smart choice when you eat out. If you choose a salad or pasta dressing on the side and ask about low carb options. In fact, many places print this diet option directly on the menu for health conscious people. Take control of your portions by ordering a lunch menu or sharing it in food and get a doggie bag, and you'll be healthy on the way to healthy food, even away from home.
